Carolyn Viss, Secretary

Carolyn Viss is steadfast in her role as armor-bearer to Pastors Ed and Kristi. She is a prayer warrior who faithfully intercedes in power and is passionate about pursuing prophetic words for The Well family.  Carolyn is the leader of Digital Systems Development and Implementation at The Well; in addition to serving as Family Life Co-Pastor with her husband, Max.  She has been serving as Secretary for 6 years.

Max Viss is strongly gifted in wisdom and is passionate about encouraging individuals and couples in the Word of God through counsel, serving as Family Life Pastor.  He is faithful in intercession and ministry to the children at The Well.  Max loves to connect the needs of the body of Christ to available resources as well as provide facility maintenance.

Richard Fortado has been attending The Well since 2012.  Richard has a gift of encouraging others and believes that he is called to serve the Body of Christ by joyfully spreading the Good News.  One of the ways in which Richard has walked out this call is by leading our Usher and Greeter team for many years.  Richard’s kindness, thankfulness, and faithfulness make him a continual encouragement to our congregation and Leadership Team.

Denise Greer has attended The Well since its inception in 2006.  Denise is a prayer warrior.  She has a gift to pray for others to receive healing, breakthrough, and met needs.  Her compassion and heart to serve others is expressed as she oversees The Well’s prayer chain and serves on our Benevolence Committee.  Additionally, Denise co-leads TW Heartbeat, a gift store that benefits The Well.
